Four amazing weeks! From 23.12.17-20.1.18 we visited our daughter in melbourne. Via internet We booked the airbnb of Colin and Chung in St. kilda. Absolutely great! Colon picked us up from the airport and shortly after we could finally see this wonderful and unique house. We felt like being in "old England". Our room and own bathroom were as perfect as the rest if the house. We had delicious breakfast in the living room with meal area and could use the kitchen as well. We felt like being at home immediately. Chung and Colin are amazing hosts, friendly, kind, helpful, warm and full of advice on how to experience and see the best Melbourne has to offer which not every normal tourist may have on their list. The houses location is ideal, public transport only a few minutes walking distance away and with a weekly pass for 43$ for bus tram and train quite cheap. The city and beach is reachable in about 15minutes or less that way. Also within walking distance are two big supermarkets, a butcher, banks, bakery, post office, ...
It was an absolute fabulous vacation and we are so thankful to have been with Chung abd Colin. We'll be back!

Thanks for your visit, it was a pleasure to host you both, and we look forward to your next visit, Colin and Chung.

I stayed here on boxing day for 2 nights . The hosts Colin & Chung were very hospitable and the house was very similar to an old english house.Good choice of breakfast and a great location to explore the city with both Trams and a train station nearby. Very quiet place and lovely coffee shops nearby. I will hope to come back for the next ashes tour and would definately stay here again.

We had a lovely two week stay in Feb. 2013 - the house is beautiful, Colin and Chung were very helpful, and the St. Kilda neighborhood is wonderful. We only left because there were previous bookings, otherwise we'd have stayed longer. The location is quiet, has easy access to trams as well as the train, and there are all kinds of parks as well as fabulous cafes in the area.

I statyed for just over 2 weeks in December 2011 and Colin and Chung couldn't have been more helpful. They gave me so much information on Melbourne and the surrounding area and provided maps and routes when I hired a car to travel outside the city. Nothing was too much trouble including transfers to and from the airport when my daughter and I travelled from Melbourne over Christmas. The location so close th the train station and tram is excellent and it is a short walk to local amenities and a slighlty longer pleasant walk of 20 minutes to St Kilda. I would definitelystay here again if I return to Melbourne as the hsopitality and value for money is superb.

hey everybody! I really enjoyed my stay at B&B Clement House! I spent some nigths there in February when I was exploring Melbourne and the nearby Victoria coast. Colin and Chung helped me a lot with very useful information and tipps! The room was wonderful, spaceful and despite it is facing the Inkerman Street it is very quit - througout all my trip in Australia, here I had my best sleep! I really can recommend this wonderful charming and welcoming place, best situated in Melbourne's St Kilda, close to tram and train and the very attractive Carlisle Street. I hope to come back to Melbourne and Colin's and Chung's place very soon!

I can recommend Clement House St. Kilda. I dropped my bags right after boring long distance flight from Berlin. Due to a sudden rain shower I was soaked. Colin and Chung made me feel welcome and as I cought a cold I stayed in bed most of the time. Due to free WiFi I did not feel un-cared for I had to synchronize time lag. Big room, kingsized bed, antique fireplace and own bathroom next door made me feel like living in a Victoria-stile suite. Price is even affordable for single person travellers. Thanks, it was a pleasure for me.

I spent one week at Clement House and have to say it is bar none, the best value for money in Melbourne. As a solo traveler I appreciated not only the weekly rate, but also the privacy and the cleanliness of my room and my very own bathroom. With the house being only a 5 minute walk to the Balaclava Metro Station, and the Carlisle street amenities (and only a 15 minute walk to St Kilda beaches), the location was very convenient. Colin was very kind and helpful host, and when I checked out he mentioned the guestbook and said if I had any suggestions that I make sure to include them in my comments. For myself the accommodation was great and would urge those used to budget hotels (and wanting to avoid the hostels) to stay at Clement House, and the only comment/suggestion I would make is that the individual rooms could have their own locks and keys for guests security. I had a backpack full of dirty clothes and 10 year lap top with a market value of $20, so I wasn't too concerned

Thanks for a great accommodation Colin, it was one of the reasons I enjoyed my stay in Melbourne so much

Stayed for a week in the middle of June as we searched for a place to live in Melbourne. Colin & Chung were extremely helpful & friendly. The rooms are large, clean & comfortable and the location is very convenient. All in all a very pleasant experience and a warm welcome to Melbourne.

Wonderful time in Melbourne! My stay was end January 10 and the weather was nice. Clement House has a very convenient location, closed to the beach and city. It is easy for travelling around. The room is very nice and comfortable. Both Colin and Chung are nice and friendly, also got many travelling tips from them.
